I AM – Health & Strength Coaching uses a signature physical training philosophy, based on science, intelligence and an intuitive approach to each individual client or corporation that we work with. Losing weight and gaining muscle mass is just part of our coaching programs because we want to teach you lifetime changes. Our Coaching Team are made up of ex-professional athletes with University Degrees in Sports Science, Physical Therapy and other specializations such as performance, breathing and, neurokinetic therapy techniques. One of our key strengths are the valuable and like-minded clients we have who make up our I AM Community.

Ever since I was a kid I dreamed of joining medical school, finding pleasure in helping people live well, better and healthier. Throughout my journey I became a soccer player for 11 years and since then I have developed a passion toward sport.
I achieved my childhood dream by joining Physical Therapy school in my homeland, Egypt. I also started my fitness journey at that time and was able to combine both physiotherapy and fitness together to help people with rehabilitation from injuries and improvement in their quality of life with fitness. I AM helping people to feel better.
Hossam is an ex-professional football athlete, holder of a Physical Therapy Degree and a Certified Personal Trainer. His expertise is in helping clients to recover from injuries and to improve the quality of movement, strength development and aesthetic goals.

I started playing volleyball when I was 10 years old. As I got older, I became a professional volleyball player and participated in many Egyptian leagues.
I have always loved medicine and sports so I decided to combine them together and join a physical therapy college, specialising in rehabilitation from injuries. During that journey I developed a love for coaching others and helping people achieve their goals, from both an athletic and medical point of view.
It has been 6 years now as a fitness coach and I realise that this is my true passion. Sports and medicine together support optimal performance and are a perfect duo for me.

My fitness journey started in 1995. I was motivated by my brother. I embraced weightlifting focusing on building strength and a larger physique. By 2006 I transitioned into coaching, merging my background as a physical therapist with my passion for fitness. My dedication paid off when I became the top 1 Personal Trainer in Fitness First all over the Philippines in June 2012.
A remarkable achievement that opened doors for me to work abroad in July 2012. Arriving in Dubai and joining Pharaohs' Club Wafi marked a new chapter. Enhancing my skills and confidence in the fitness industry. Now, with my experiences at I AM Strength & Health Coaching, I'm equipped with innovative techniques and methodologies, making fitness both exciting and beneficial for all ages and fitness levels.
